# PIXY Goals

## Overview

The PIXY Roadmap outlines our planned **phases of development, product launches, and ecosystem growth**.

It demonstrates both **short-term achievements** and **long-term strategic vision**.

## Phase 1 — Foundation & Launch

* Launch of **PIXY Project** on Base Network
* Development of PIXY Scoring System
* Core branding and community building
* Initial ecosystem documentation and GitBook setup

## Phase 2 — Product Deployment

* Launch of **Basepot** (engagement platform for Farcaster)
* Launch of **Tasky** (engagement platform for Farcaster)
* Integration of USDC rewards for users
* Early community incentives and engagement campaigns

## Phase 3 — NFT Collection Launch

* Launch of the **PIXY NFT Collection (3,333 NFTs)**
* Establish NFT holders as early community members
* Initial NFT holder benefits across PIXY platforms
* Community growth driven by NFT ownership

## Phase 4 — $PIXY Token Launch

* Finalization of **$PIXY token design and tokenomics**
* Launch of the **$PIXY utility token**
* Airdrop distribution to **NFT holders**
* Token integration across PIXY products

## Phase 5 — NFT & Token Utility Expansion

* Expansion of **NFT utilities**:

1. Advanced staking mechanisms
2. Enhanced platform benefits

* Expansion of **$PIXY token utilities**:

1. New incentive models
2. Additional ecosystem use cases

* Continuous product and ecosystem scaling

## Summary

PIXY follows a **product-first strategy**.

The ecosystem is built in stages, starting with the development and launch of **real, functional products**. Once the core products are live and validated, the PIXY NFT collection is introduced to strengthen community alignment and long-term participation.

After the ecosystem and community are established, the **$PIXY utility token** is launched as an incentive and reward layer. Finally, additional features and advanced utilities for both NFTs and the token are developed over time.

This approach ensures:

* Real utility before speculation
* Strong community alignment
* Sustainable, long-term ecosystem growth
